Eviction Warranties*

It’s an unfortunate fact that some tenancies can end in eviction. When this stage has been reached by a landlord then spiraling costs and administrative and legal headaches can become excessive.

Now you can protect yourself against this eventuality with an Eviction Warranty. Upon activation the Eviction Warranty will cover:

  • Initial advice pertaining to the claim. The preparation, creation and service of a an appropriate notice under section 8 of the Housing Act or Scottish equivalent.
  • The instruction of a firm of solicitors regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority to prepare, draft and submit a possession claim and attend to the solicitors fee.
  • The submission of a possession claim and any supporting documentation to the County Court.
  • Attendance at the first hearing by a suitably qualified advocate.
  • Court Fee for the first hearing in accordance with County Court fees.
  • Preparation and creation of witness statements and supporting documentation, as appropriate, to assist the claim.
  • Email and Telephone support throughout the court process and notification of both the hearing date and result within 48 hours of the hearing taking place.

Deposit Warranties*

Let properties faster by enabling tenants to take up a tenancy without having to find the large lump sum deposit of 1-3 month’s rent.
